  I have been going here for the last year. I have spent a lot of money.
  My long hair had been damaged by bleach at another salon and I told them that I wanted to get it back into good condition.
  Firstly in November 2016 Nicky gave me a very severe shorter cut. I did not like it but thought that it would get rid of the damaged hair. I told Georgia at the time that it was far too short... Every time I went in I reminded her of how short it has been cut.
  I have spent the last seven months trying to grow it back. It has reached an acceptable length.
  I agreed to be a model for Georgia for a set last week and was asked to also be a model for a cut for her hairdressing assessment.
  I told them no more than half an inch off.
  She cut off at least two/ three inches at the back.
  I did not realise just how short she had cut it at the back until I got home. She has made me look like a total frump . I have spent all weekend crying. My hair is very important to me. I really hate it now!
  I have spent loads of money just to have it all cut off. So the point was what I ask???
  The staff are pleasant enough but my hair is just short and horrible now.
  Very, very unhappy. She knew I hated it short too...
  Scissor happy comes to mind.
  Another year spent now trying to grow it.
  DEVASTATED.
