The garage was shut and there was no answer on the phone (I came here on previous occasions to book my car in and it was always shut then as well). I waited until 10:30 and then left. I phoned them a couple of hours later and arranged to bring the car back then.
When I arrived, I, quite politely, said to the owner that he must loose a lot of business by being closed and not having a sign up to indicate why or when he'd be back. He then got a bit aggressive and asked me had I just come to give him a hard time. He then said that he's busy enough, he doesn't care if he looses business and that he doesn't need my business either.
Needless to say, I didn't leave my car with him.
